We are currently working with a client looking for the following candidate:

Position

The TL shall be in charge of the total management of the project, including, but  not limited to, coordination of experts so as to ensure that the inputs of experts are available at the time when they are required, allocation of tasks within the team, liaison with the counterparts, financial management and reporting and other tasks as required. Apart from above tasks, TL shall work heavily on the capacity building activities.

This expert must have the following qualifications:

Qualifications and skills

University degree of civil, enmvironmental or mechanical engineering or equivalent. In case of lacking formal/relevant university defree 20 years of professional experience is required,

Good command of spoken and written English,

Preferably 15 years professional working experience, but a minimum of 10 years required

Management experience in institutional capacity building project(s) for water utility companies/institutions/departments, etc.,

Experience in FIDIC conditions of contract and/or PRAG procedures,

Experience in supervision of at least one water/wastewater project according to FIDIC conditions of contract is an asset

Experience in design of environmental infrastructure project(s) is an asset
