Process Engineer Thermal Power

One of our larger clients has tendered for and won a Thermal Power project in Russia. They are after an experienced and motivated Project Manager.

Job description:

Planning and implementation (Site Manager, Project Manager) of Thermal Power Plants and subsystems

Set-up and verify technical concepts, specifications, tenders and approval processes

Coordination of interfaces and quality supervision related to suppliers and contractors during the project design and construction phases based on international/(advantage also Russian) standards

Technical co-ordination of contractual partners, including management of time schedules

Guiding and implementing the-know-how transfer between Germany, Moscow office and local engineers

Full responsibility for the activity on  site

Job requirements:

Process/mechanical or electrical engineer (m/f) (University/-science)

Well established long term experience in design, planning and construction of Thermal Power Plants

At least 8 years experience in power plant engineering and construction

International project knowledge in engineering acquired with EPC/EPCM contractors

Excellent communication skills, co-operative and open-minded for Russian culture

English fluently, intermediate knowledge of Russian language
