We are currently working with a client who has recently one a tender for a large water supply project in Tamil Nadu. They are looking to fill the following position.

Candidates must have:

Post Graduate qualification in Civil / Environmental Engineering

10 years previous experience as Water Supply Engineer

Proven track record in working on overseas projects

Will preferably have:

Experience of working on at least one completed and fully functional community water supply project of 100mld capacity or greater.

This is an immediate vacancy on the Hogenakkal Water Supply and Fluorosis Mitigation project in Tamil Nadu and the successful candidate will join the existing team. The SCE role will include the following activities:

Assist the Executive Engineer (“Engineer”) in carrying out construction supervision progress monitoring, quality control, testing, test check of invoices, resolution of claims, change in design, taking over and safety management of all contracts

Assist the PIU in review of suggestions for modification and preparation of various orders if required

Prepare a PERT chart for the execution of the project and render necessary assistance to the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board in monitoring the project.

Assist the PMU in the dispursement of the JBIC loan.
