A client of ours has recently won a proposal/tender for a substation project in the UAE for the implementation phase of 132 KV substations in the northern Emirates. The project is due to last for approximately 2 years. Although this is a Site Manager position my client is looking for someone who has had Project Management experience there for this is more of a senior position that what it seems.

Minimum requirements:

Must be fluent in the English language (written and spoken), spoken Arabic would be an advantage but not necessary

A University degree in Electrical Engineering is a must, (related degrees could be considered depending on experience)

15 years of general work experience is necessary of which most of it must have been in substation projects
